Local Test Dates Announced
The IDPH has announced the 2009 exam schedule. Three testing dates in the greater Chicagoland area will be held on the following dates:
- February 5 - Des Plaines, IL
- April 30 - Des Plaines, IL
- September 23 - Arlington Heights, IL
Tuesday, March 31, 2009 3-hour Recertification and Education Seminar
